Webservice key permissions
The key is the only access Pridly has to your shop. You decide what it can do.
View-only or with changes
View-only: tick All in the View (GET) column. Pridly answers questions but cannot change anything. If you ask for a change it explains how to enable editing, and nothing is changed.
With changes: also tick All in Modify (PUT), Add (POST) and Delete.

Change or remove the key
- Back office → Advanced Parameters → Webservice → open the key → change the boxes → Save. Pridly notices on the next question; use Test connection on the My shops page to refresh its message.
- To stop Pridly instantly: set the key's status to No or delete it.
Good to know
- Pridly needs your shop to use https. It refuses to send a key over an insecure connection.
- Pridly stores the key encrypted and never shows it to you or to Claude.
- Several shops? Add one key per shop. (Plans: Free 1, Pro 1, Growth 3, Agency 25.)
