Questions
Can I get a refund? Yes. Ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Contact support.
Who takes the payment? Our payment partner sells the subscription on our behalf and handles tax. We never see your card details.
Can I cancel? Yes, any time from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I go back to Free? Your shops stay connected, but history is limited to 30 days and bulk changes are switched off.
