PridlyTerms of service
Last updated 19 October 2026. These terms are between you and GridlyPaper, India ("we") for the use of Pridly. By using Pridly you agree to them.
The service
Pridly connects AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT to your PrestaShop shop so you can ask questions and, with your approval, make changes. It is an independent product and isn't affiliated with PrestaShop, Anthropic or OpenAI.
Your account
You must give a real email address and keep your sign-in links private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for having the right to connect the shops you connect.
You approve every change
Pridly shows a preview before any change and applies it only when you confirm. Please read previews carefully. Undo is provided to help, but we can't guarantee that every change can be reversed (for example if you or someone else edited the same item afterwards, or the shop refuses the update). Keep your own backups of your shop.
Scheduled changes. If you ask Pridly to apply a change later, you approve the preview now and Pridly applies it at the time you chose, provided nothing in your shop has changed since. It may fail or be skipped (for example if your shop is offline); we'll email you either way. You can cancel before it runs.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pridly to break the law, to access shops you aren't authorised to manage, to overload or attack any system, or to resell access without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment partner, who is the seller of record and handles tax. Prices are on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; you keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Refund policy: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, no questions asked.
Availability
We work to keep Pridly running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features and limits may change.
Liability
Pridly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or profit), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Pridly and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
