Delete your data

You can delete your Pridly account and everything we hold about you, whenever you like.

Do it yourself

1. Sign in at https://app.pridly.gridlypaper.com/account.
2. Open Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

This removes immediately: your account, your stored shop keys, your change history, your usage records, and any paid subscription is cancelled so you aren't billed again.

Email support@gridlypaper.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you within 7 days.

One more step in your shop

Pridly can't remove the key from inside your shop. In your PrestaShop back office go to Advanced Parameters → Webservice and delete the key whose description is "Pridly". Disconnecting a shop in Pridly deletes our copy of the key; deleting it in PrestaShop makes sure it can never be used again.

What we keep

Records we must keep by law (for example invoices held by our payment partner) and encrypted backups, which are overwritten on a rolling 30-day basis. We don't keep your shop's orders, products or customers, because we never stored them. See the privacy policy.
