A simple weekly routine
- Every Monday: “Give me a weekly check of my shop: sales, orders, stock and anything I should fix.”
- Every day: “Which orders are paid but not shipped for more than 3 days?”
- Mid-week: “What is running low on stock, and which of those are my best sellers?”
- Every Friday: “Give me promotion ideas for the weekend, based on my sales and stock.”
- First of the month: “Compare last month with the month before, and tell me what changed most.”
Tips for the best answers
- Start with "Use Pridly to …" if Claude doesn't pick Pridly by itself.
- Ask in your own language: Pridly's answers follow it.
- Name the period: "last week", "this month", "1 to 15 March".
- Be specific about products: a name, brand, category or reference.
- For changes, Pridly always shows a preview first. Reply "yes, apply it" and you get a change number you can undo.
- Prices are excluding VAT, as PrestaShop stores them. The Free plan looks back 30 days; paid plans see your full history.

Most owners want one thing first: "How am I doing, and what needs me today?"
Sales and revenue
Know where the money comes from, so your time goes where it pays.
- “What were my revenue, number of orders and average basket last month?”
- “Compare this month so far with the same days last month.”
- “Compare last month with the same month last year.”Paid plan
- “What are my 5 best sellers in the last 90 days?”Paid plan
- “Which products sold the most bottles this month?”
- “How much did I refund in the last 30 days?”
Orders and shipping
Catch stuck orders before a customer has to write to you.
- “Which orders are paid but not shipped for more than 3 days?”
- “Which orders are awaiting payment for more than 3 days?”
- “Show me the details of order 1045.”
- “Show orders over €200 placed this month.”
- “Mark order 1045 as shipped and add the private note "Sent with Colissimo".”Changes your shop: preview first
Inventory and stock
Never lose a sale to an empty shelf, and don't tie cash up in stock that doesn't move.
- “What is running low on stock right now?”
- “Which products are out of stock but still online?”
- “Which of my best sellers from the last 30 days are running low? What should I reorder first?”
- “Which products sold the least in the last 90 days?”Paid plan
- “Set the stock of reference CHB-2019 to 24.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
Products and catalogue
Missing photos, prices and thin descriptions quietly cost you sales.
Pricing and profit
Revenue is vanity, margin is sanity. Margin answers need the purchase price filled in PrestaShop.
- “What was my margin by product last month?”
- “Which products sell well but earn me the least margin?”
- “Preview a 6% price increase on all products from one brand.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
- “Schedule a 5% price rise on the category "Champagnes" for 1 March at 08:00.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
Discounts and promotions
The right offer at the right time clears slow stock and brings customers back. The wrong one just gives margin away.
- “Give me promotion ideas based on my sales and stock.”
- “Put 20% off my 5 slowest sellers until Sunday 23:59.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
- “Create code NOEL10: 10% off orders over €50, valid in December.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
- “Create a code for 15% off the category "Rosés", one use per customer, until the end of the month.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
Customers and loyalty
Selling again to a happy customer is far cheaper than finding a new one.
Planning and forecasting
A rough look ahead helps with stock, cash and staff. It's a guide, not a promise.
Translations and product texts
A shop in several languages only sells in the languages it is complete in. Pridly writes each language separately and never overwrites the others.
- “Which products have no Spanish description?”
- “Write the missing Spanish descriptions from the French ones, and show me a preview.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
- “Save my brand voice: warm, short sentences, always mention the region.”
- “Rewrite the descriptions of my 5 best sellers in my brand voice.”Changes your shop: preview firstPaid plan
